I agree NOT to contact the signer unless I receive prior authorization to do so by TBN. Should I have any questions regarding the appointment, I will contact TBN for assistance.

I agree to use the Onfleet tracking application and that I WILL NOT start the task in Onfleet until I am en route to the signing location to be able to provide location updates. A picture of the signer’s driveway/front porch is required to be uploaded into Onfleet after leaving to confirm completion.

I agree to be a witness on the will or additional documents as needed. I agree to print my full name and residential address on the will which is a requirement for the will to be valid.

As a witness to the execution of a will, I acknowledge that I might be called into court (in-person or remotely via video) to testify that the person who signed the will did not appear to be under duress and appeared to be of sound mind.

If the appointment gets canceled on the day of the signing because TBN or the signer needed to cancel and you were on your way to the signing, you will be paid half of the fee for your inconvenience.
