A debit or credit card is needed at time of booking.
Our flat rate fee covers all notarized signatures and any rescheduling, waiting time, printing, scanning or any other fees related to the appointment.
For same day appointments we need a minimum of two hours.
Discounted rates as low as $129 are possible if appointments are prepaid.

If order is canceled in less than 6 hours a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

For Apostille Service:

Regular Service: Apostille to be returned in the US within 5 business days = a flat rate of $599 for the first document and $100 for each additional document. This is an all inclusive fee.
Rush service: Apostille returned within 2 business days = a flat rate of $799 for the first document and $100 for each additional document. This is an all inclusive fee.
Overseas shipping starts at $189 for FedEx delivery within 2-3 business days depending on the county.

Because of legal liability we cannot guarantee that our notary will be able to complete the notarization. If we are unable to complete the assignment for this reason you will only be charged 50% of the agreed rate.

Our base fee is $85 for service within 2 hours but we can get a notary to you within the hour if necessary for an extra $25. Our service is 100% guaranteed and requires a credit card up front. We only charge the card after the job is completed.

If this fee is too high we recommend the UPS store or calling around for some individual notaries who might be available for less. We recommend notarycafe.com in addition to 123notary.com

If you are looking for a location to walk into we recommend the nearest UPS store or Postal Annex.

Most have a notary public available but we recommend calling ahead. We do not have a walk in facility but we can arrange for a notary to meet you at a location of your choice usually within 2 hours or at any date or time you would like.
