1.) I WILL NOT DESTROY OR SHRED any documents without prior approval from TBN or otherwise instructed.

2.) I agree NOT to contact the signer unless I receive prior authorization to do so by TBN. Should I have any questions regarding the appointment, I will contact TBN for assistance.

3.) I agree to download the Zoom app on my phone and I agree to do a Zoom review of the documents either onsite or immediately after the appointment.

5.) I will ensure the signer's ID has the same or more information on the documents (i.e: Sally L. Lee vs. Sally Lee).

6.) If this task requires that I drop off documents, I will drop them off at a FedEx-staffed location, obtain a receipt, and text it to TBN immediately after dropping off the documents.

7.) If I bring documents to the signer, and the signer chooses not to sign, I will not leave them with the signer unless otherwise instructed.

8.) I agree to be a witness on the will or additional documents as needed and I agree to print my full name and residential address on the will which is a requirement for the will to be valid.

9.) I agree to not make any corrections to the documents without discussing them with TBN first. I can use the extra pages provided and if that doesn't work, I will contact TBN before proceeding.

10.) The backup pages provided will be used if there are any issues with the names on the notary page.

11.) I agree to return all stickers, binders, post-it notes, and all materials that are sent with the original documents.

12.) I agree to have the signers use blue ink for the signing.

13.) If the appointment gets canceled on the day of the signing because TBN or the signer needed to cancel, you will be paid half of the fee for your inconvenience.

14.) The documents will be shipped to me 1 day before the signing date. I agree to monitor and lookout for it. I will alert TheBestNotary if I don't get any notification to receive the documents.

15.) I acknowledge and agree to only receive payment electronically and no payments will be issued via check.

I understand that I am not the confirmed notary for this order until I return an initialed and signed copy of this document. ** Failure to sign and agree to all items in the Notary Acknowledgement Checklist will lead to a reduction in the notary fee by up to 50% **
