How many signers are there?
Signer 1: What type of identification will you physically present to the notary at your appointment? We highly recommend you use a driver's license or passport.

Your documents need two witnesses in addition to the notary who must be present at the same time to witness your signature. The witnesses MUST be individuals who are NOT related to you and who are NOT named in your estate plan in any capacity and are not related to you by blood or marriage. 

Witnesses CANNOT be named in your estate plan. Do you have a disinterested witnesses who can be present at the date and time above to witness your documents?
