We generally have a zoom review of documents at the end of the appointment so that we can ensure they have been completed accurately. This takes about 10 minutes. Do you agree to having this review?

Your Will(s) are witnessed, rather than notarized. Two witnesses must be present at the same time to witness your signature. The notary will serve as one witness. The witnesses MUST be individuals who are NOT related to you and who are NOT named in your estate plan in any capacity.

Witnesses CANNOT be named in your estate plan. The notary can serve as one witness. Do you have a disinterested witness who can be the second witness and be present at the date and time above to witness your Will?
If we will be submitting your deed for recording right after your signing appointment, please let us know if there is a pending refinance so we can hold off on recording until it has been finalized
