Your Will(s) are witnessed, rather than notarized. Two witnesses must be present at the same time to witness your signature. The notary will serve as one witness. The witnesses MUST be individuals over 18 years old who are NOT related to you by blood or marriage and who are NOT named in your estate plan in any capacity.
